The President’s Speech

 The proverb “the beginning of the One Thousand mile journey is the first mile “is the applicable proverb on our challenging mission. I would add to that “the beginning of the first mile is to be determined and to plan to actually start the journey of the thousand miles”. Today, here is our big Project , which  has been achieved  after approximately Two (2) years of intensive and expensive preparations, and after Al-Hababi Group has accepted the challenges ,in spite of  the  technical sophistication associated with this project ,it has come out with flying colors with the help of God and the wise directions and the sponsorship of his Excellency President Mahmoud Harthi ,and the united efforts and good intentions  between our group and the Government. 

Our project “the Founding and Operation of the Cost Guard Unit” has been the Somalia‘s 17 years dream, which during this period, the Somalia land has suffered the severe negative effects and the instability consequences. Nonetheless,   the sea shore was not exempt from these negative effects and consequences as well and  until our aggressive project has completed its missions in all aspects to reclaim the sea security and its pirated resources.

Here is the Somalia sea water is full with the Modern National Security Patrol Boats and the  very high towers equipped with sophisticated state of the arts control and communication instruments to be the safety and security valve for this valuable parts of the world map and to return to Somalia  what have been lost.

The Al-Hababi Group efforts have been strived with the success “Thanks to Allah almighty” and the work has already started after we have together with the Government have put the complete Technical and Administrative procedures for the work flow. We have never or will never save any capabilities to make this project a success. The best witness on our success is the International Media reports and news about this project. I will leave the detailed explanation of the accomplishments to His Excellency to the Chief of the Boarder Guard Unit as he is  the specialized authority in this domain.

 Prior to concluding my speech, I would like to thanks His Excellency President Mahmoud Harsi, Chief of Somali Portland for his kind chaperon to our project for the removal of all difficulties which we have faced during the execution of this project, we, as well, thanks him for all the international liaison and communication he has done to facilitate the completion of this project.

 I also would like to thank all the fishing companies that have come to legally fish in our sea after they have obtained the legal fishing licenses as required.
